Expected a date.
Ok I just lied.
I was bored.

So anyways,
on the night of 12th, I decided to really give attention to my legs.
Ugh the unsightly hair man!

I recently bought a tube of Veet Hair Removal Cream. It cost me nearly S$9 (!!)
And because I don't like lemon, I chose the pink one, which was scented with jasmine.
It's also enriched with Lotus Milk which is said to soften and calm the skin during application.
My leg, has many ugly bumps and little tiny gashes because I use to shave them.
So I thought, Hell I need this!!
The instructions were to simply smooth the cream over skin using the plastic spatula provided.
The shape of the spatula is for a better grip, apparently.
Carefully time it, after 3 mins, remove a small portion.
If the hair comes away easily, keep removing, you're on the right track!
However, if it doesn't come away easily, don't worry, leave it on BUT DO NOT exceed 6minutes!
After application, I waited 3 minutes (I have fine hair so I don't need to wait much longer) and using the spatula, i removed the cream.
I had to remove the cream on the same spot 3 times because the spatula is not really giving a smooth scrape to my legs!
Rinse and pat dry.
I felt my legs and yes it was softer but it wasn't necessarily smoother cause the spatula wasn't good.
I did my other leg and used a different spatula from a different brand of hair removal cream. And boy did that spatula work wonders!
My left leg is silky smooth and the lotus milk really works!

I give it 4/5!!

The other brand of hair removal cream I tried out in the past was Dimples which i bought at Mustaffa Centre.

PLUS POINT : IT COST ME S$3.80!!!

It was rose scented this time and the smell was strong!

Even after leaving the toilet door open for an hour, the smell is still there!

Goodness!

So anyway, the instructions were simple and basic.

Smooth the cream over legs for 3 minutes and remove with the spatula provided.

Unlike Veet's, this spatula is similar in size to a typical nail-file.

It's small and thin and when I used it to scrape off the cream after 3 minutes,

it did a great job.

Really smooth.

It didn't leave my skin feeling as smooth as Veet's(still smooth though, just not as!) but what do you expect from S$3.80?

I give this a 4/5 too!

(trust me the spatula made up for the cream)

~

CONCLUSION!

Seeing as how I always do my legs at night, I didn't mind that my legs had that strong smell seeing as noone but me would be affected by it.
My legs became smooth and I enjoyed having smooth legs occassionally. My schedule doesn't really leave time for me to pamper myself and I only managed because I skipped school and work cause I wasn't feeling too good.
The price also plays a major factor because, hey, I'm a student! I need the money from my job for my bills and stuff like that please. Budget is tight here.

You can tell by now which I would choose huh?

Definitely Dimples!

So is anyone willing to travel to Mustaffa Centre to get more for me? =)

P.S : any other brands that I should try out? I don't do waxing. My pathetically low tolerance of pain will make me faint when I pull off those wax strips!
